Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable enough for me though having a carpeted floor might have improved general apearance. Bathroom/toilet was also clean.Value for money definitely. If you dont'mind the location, this is certainly vfm (value for money)
The location was terrible. I checked in late at night and what a shock I got. The whole place looked like a seedy joint. I almost wanted to move out immediately to the hotel across the road, The stall outside the hotel were filled with weird looking people. The presence of the police station in front both reassured and scared the wits out of me. In the morning, I noticed that the rug outside at the door was just a filthy piece of cloth. If you put a decent piece of rug, it might help

Great location with many hawkers just below the hotel till late night. 5Min walk to city square mall for late night movies. RM$128nett for 4 pax per night is a great budget price for a simple and clean hotel.
Wifi not working on level 5 which I stayed Huge space but lacking a coffee table.

I was very curious over the amend of my booking. On 23rd April, the hotel counter staff asked me if I would still require the booking done on 23rd check-in and 24th April check-out. They produce my initial booking copy. The staff told that "Booked.net" did not inform them of my cancellation on this.I Actually made a change of staying four nights (20~24April) instead of one night (23~24April) through your Booked.net. Anyway, they did not charge me. I think the counter staff should be notified so that I would not be questioned by them.

The room was spacious and cosy. The staffs were very nice and the location was excellent as it was close to several eateries and a shopping complex, besides being near to a Police Station which we felt safe. It was easy to go to Singapore as the customs & immigration complex were just nearby.
Although located near to a Police Station, the streets nearby were full of suspicious looking people like drug addicts, con-man and beggars. There was only one socket in the room so we found it difficult to charge our phones and laptop.

Central location.
"Premium" in the name is a joke. There was no soap, and no electrical outlets. The wi-fi never worked, and nobody was interested in fixing it.

I like the location of the hotel and the politeness rcvd from the housekeepers.. All the best!! Suggestion: to have a mini fridge in future to come.. Regards, Rose
1) Bathroom with spoilt items eg, toilet roll holder & soap dispenser 2) No disposable toothbrushes. Can do better than this! Regards, Rose
